Burglars who had burgled Honey Bhandari’s establishment nabbed
Nagpur News: Two youths involved in various house breaking and burglary cases were3 arrested by Pachpaoli policed personnel. As is usual practice the Pachpaoli police personnel were on beat patrolling when they spotted two youths moving in a suspicious manner. They were picked from the Motibagh area and brought to Pachpaoli police station. On frisking them the cops found five silver coins and a small Laxmi-Ganpati idol made of silver on them.
The burglars are identified as Sheikh Israel @ Guddu and Imran Ansari.
Sustained interrogation yielded the fact that these youth had been committing many burglary cases.
Three months ago (i.e. May 2014) they had mugged an old man and had also looted a Micromax mobile and cash from him. They were also held for a Battery cord theft in Jaripatka area. However, the Jaripatka police personnel had just reprimanded and let them off then.
These youths had confessed to have committed a vehicle lifting too, wherein they had stolen a Hero Honda Splendour bike from near a school premises on Kamptee Road. This was followed by four cases of burglaries which they had committed on consecutive days.
They had burgled the business establishment named New Pindi Roadways Transport Company belonging to Honey Bhandari. They had burgled an LCD TV, Two lap-Tops, cash worth Rs. 25,000 and other important documents. On the very next day, they have said to have burgled a nursing home and looted Rs 70,000 in cash.
On the next day, they had allegedly burgled Sai Vasant Opticals where they had burgled a very expensive eye-drop which is said to be costing Rs 480 per box. These burglars had allegedly burgled 48 such boxes.
On July 18, 2014, they made a futile burglary of a Jewellery Shop in Itwari-Gandhibagh area. Unfortunately, the shop was selling only Bentex-Artificial jewellery. However, they laid their hands on the five silver coins and the Silver idol of Laxmi Ganesh.
