BSNL Junior telecom officer, woman booked for fraud cases

Nagpur News : In separate cases, Sadar police has booked a woman and junior telecom officer of BSNL office for fraud case.

Roshi Adsale, 40, a resident of Roshni Association, Sawarkar Nagar, was booked for allegedly duping an elderly doctor of Rs 10.37 lakh. Dr. Anil Jain, a resident of Chaoni, Sadar, claimed that he has given contract of renovation of his old house to Adasale in 2012. She had handed him bogus bill of Rs 10.37 lakh including cost of building material and contractor’s charges. Jain later learnt that Adsale has made bogus signatures of building material suppliers and the contractors on the bill and took cash Rs 10.37 lakh from him.
Jain had initially reported the matter to the district court and later on the court’s order, offence was registered against Adsale.

In another incident, Vijay Titarmare, a junior telecom officer at BSNL Kuhi office, was booked for cheating an investigating police officer by handing him over bogus CDR which was required as evidence in a case.
The complaint was filed by the investigating officer and Sheshra Kadaskar and his son Milind, who are complainant in another case. Titarmare has handed over the CDR to the police officer in May 2012. The cop later learnt that it was bogus records given by Titarmare and reported to the district court. On court’s order, Titarmare was booked for fraud case on Thursday evening.

Sources informed that Titarmare has three wives and one of his wife works at BSNL office.
