The decision to terminate his membership from Mandal would be taken in general body meeting of the Mandal.

Sources informed that Brajesh was involved in anti-Mandal activities over a couple of months, and in which he was acting in favour of the shop-keepers on rent in the building of Agrasen Mandal, situated at Gandhibagh. The shopkeepers are being asked by the Mandal to vacate its building, but they have approached the court of law by way of filing a petition against the Mandal. There are two of the shopkeepers on rent in Agrasen building, who happen to be relatives of Brajesh Agrawal, and he wants to protect them in their rented shops against vacation. It is also on record when Mandal did not act as per the wishes of Brajesh he started making false allegations against various departments functioning under the Mandal.

As the Mandal was pained by the anti-Mandal activities of Brajesh Agrawal, it summoned an emergent meeting of the executive council on June 29, 2015 and took a unanimous decision to dismiss him from the executive council. The decision was confirmed by the Mandal president, Urmiladevi Agrawal who remarked that such members involved in anti-Mandal activities would not be tolerated. A further step to expel him from the membership of Mandal would be taken in the coming general body meeting of Mandal, the members said.

Present in the executive council meeting included Prakash Mahadiya, Hajarilal Agrawal, Kailash Jogami, Sandeep Agrawal, Sunil Agrawal, Girdhari Agrawal, Pawan Bhalotiya, Abhay Agrawal and others.
