Nagpur: In order to make the Friendship Day special and to reinforce the concept that Books are our best friends, Nagpur Round Table 83 with the help of Arun Bajaj gifted smiles to many school children.
They first put up posters and used the social media to convey to all their friends and relatives of members to drop all the old used and unused books at KTM Nagpur, Patni Plaza, Orange City Hospital Square, Khamla Road, Nagpur and Bonsaii Stores at Dharampeth and Wardhman Nagar.
The members of Nagpur Round Table 83 collected all the collected books and donated the books to the Library of Jivan Shikshan Vidyalaya.
The event was undertaken in association with Kunal Patni from Arun Bajaj and KTM Khamla, Nagpur. Nagpur Round Table 83 collected more than 500 books and donated to Udyan Shikshan Sanstha. The event was graced by Kunal Patni, Vidisha Patni, Working President of Uday Shikshan Sanstha, Parvati Nagar, Dr. Madhukar S. Kadu and Executive Body Member Mangesh Kadu.
The others who were prominently present at the school run by Jivan Shikshan Sanstha were Principal, Teachers and more than 300 students. The members of Nagpur Round Table 83 visited the library and the guests were shown around the school.
