Nagpur: BJP MLA from Hingna Sameer Meghe recently launched the book” Exploring Concepts of Human Resource Management”, authored by Dr. Amit Bijon Dutta. The book on Human Resource Management helps in strategizing and coherent approach to the effective and efficient management of people in a company or organization. Meghe lauded the book by appreciating the topics covered and congratulated Dr. Dutta for working on such an important subject. He also wished him success in his upcoming projects.
Exploring Concepts of Human Resource Management – the book focuses on one of the most critical and essential assets in any organization, its people.The book discusses the basis of Human Resource Management by bringing to light the relevant insights from Bhagavad Gita and its application and understanding in Human Resource Management.
The book also talks about the method of screening to Recruitment, Induction, Training, Performance Analysis, Talent Management Retention and Succession Planning to optimize an organization’s productivity. The book, therefore, covers various aspects of HRM. Furthermore, it tries to offer insights into the new normal – working from home. In addition, it also analyses the critical thirteen labour laws every HR professional should know and understand and their role in improving the recruitment process
