Balaji Mahotsav at Besa Mandir from Jan 27 to 29

Preparations are going on at Balaji Mandir, Besa, to celebrate Shri Balaji Mahotsav and Balaji-Padmavati Vivah. The religious events will be held from January 27 to 29 at the Besa Mandir.

The programme will start with the release of Balaji Calendar at the hands of Guardian Minister Chandrashekhar Bawankule on January 27 at 7 am. Abhishek and Podshopchar Puja will be performed by Anand Patrale Guruji. Deep Alankar Puja of the deity will be performed at 7.30 pm on the same day.

On January 28, Abhishek will be done at 7 am and later Rath Yatra will be taken out. In the evening, Kirtan and Prasad distribution will be held at 7 pm.

On January 29, Havan at 8 am, Devdevak ritual at 10.30 am, Vivah celebration at 1.05 pm and Maha Arti and Mahaprasad will be organized at 1.30 onwards. The 3-day celebrations will be organized under Head Acharya Praful Nandangiri.

Those volunteers working hard for success of the religious event include Yogesh Dharashivkar, Krushnakumar Belsare, Dhananjay Tatpalliwar, Dev Sarkar, Ketan Bakre, Shyam, Anand Pande, Shrinivas Bhalerao, Amol, Abhijit Kshirsagar and others.
