Nagpur: The social networks Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp and Internet have gone abuzz with scintillating ‘Babley – A Funny Love Story With A Googley’ music video released recently. The video is capturing minds and hearts of youngsters as soon as it went viral among them. The picturisation of this lilting video, produced by Bollywood Music Director Prakash Prabhakar, has been done in Bodad and Malkapur Towns of Wardha District.
Prakash Prabhakar produced the video with the artistic talent of Vidarbha youngsters. Prakash Prabhakar originally hails from Amravati and now-a-days providing music to Bollywood movies. He has been credited with lending his music to a number of films, albums and jingles. The movies include ‘Manthan Ek Kashmakash,’ ‘Tara,’ ‘Safar,’ etc. The albums are ‘Maheru,’ ‘Sitara,’ ‘Ishq Gali Na Jaiyyo,’ etc. Notably, Prakash Prabhakar was bestowed with Best Singer and Music Director awards at International Darbhanga Film Festival for the movie Tara. The songs to which Prakash Prabhakar gave music have been given voice by master singers such as Alka Yagnik, Shaan, Kailash Kher, Shreya Ghoshal, Sunidhi Chauhan, Javed Ali, Sukhvinder Singh, Udit Narayan, Jo Jo, Avdhoot Gupte, Swapnil Bandodkar, Shalmili Kholgade, Bela Shende, Madhushree among other reputed singers.
The music video Babley is receiving tremendous response and accolades. The video has been scripted and directed by Praveen Khandekar while Prakash Prabhakar is producer, singer, composer and music director. VFX has been done by Krunal Kudale and Sameer Hussain and the Production Controllers are Magaret Prakash and Michael Peter.
The chief artistes in the music video are Naveen Khandekar, Priya Sangole, Judd Williams, Sagar Maiyyar and Apeksha Bele. The assisting roles have been played by Joel Peter, Pratish Paul, Kajal Jangam, Vrushali Patil, Akanksha Bele and Ekta Bele. The child artists Ishan Prabhakar and Aditi Kudale have also played their roles with aplomb.
