1.03 pm: The House was adjourned for 10 minutes amid uproar over absence of key ministers. At 1 pm, a discussion on issues related to ministries including PWD, Food and Civil Supplies, Consumer Protection, Social Justice, Public Health Department, Adivasi Department for Supplementary Budget was initiated.
However, the Opposition members Chhagan Bhujbal, Jayant Patil, Vijay Wadettiwar, Nitesh Rane noticed absence of the concerned ministers. The members demanded first calling of the ministers and then discussion. Amid the bedlam, the House was adjourned for 10 minutes.
