Nagpur: The second day of Monsoon Session of State Legislature started on a stormy note. As the proceedings got off to a start in Assembly at 11 am on Thursday, the Leader of Opposition Radhakrushna Vikhe Patil tried to speak on corruption issue. The Speaker Haribhau Bagde directed Vikhe Patil to raise the issue after Question Hour.

Disregarding the directive, the Opposition Leader along with his party members marched towards Well of the House and started shouting slogans. The Education Minister Vinod Tawde informed the Speaker that the government is ready for discussion on corruption issue but only after the Question Hour. Surprisingly, the NCP members were silently sitting on their benches.

Amid the din, the Speaker called for the first question. But as the uproar continued, the Speaker adjourned the House at 11.07 am.
