Nagpur: 219 polling centres in three Prabhags of Ashinagar Zone No. 9 recorded an average 44.60 percent voting till 3.30 pm. 77 polling centres in Prabhag 2 saw 42.59 percent voting while 63 polling centres in Prabhag 3 witnessed a brisk polling with percentage being 47.44. Similarly, 79 polling booths in Prabhag 6 recorded 44.38 percent voting till 3.30 pm.

Out of total 1,61,555 voters combined in Zone 9, 72,046 voters had exercised their franchise till 3.30 pm. The voting for NMC poll commenced at 7.30 am on Tuesday, February 21.
