The mega musical event of Arijit Singh, oraganised by YCCE as a part of their annual Fest YASH that was to take place on 4th February, has been cancelled, the authorities inform.
The event was initially supposed to take place on 1st February’2014, but got postponed, the reason given is Arijit’s bad health, as was informed by the organizing authorities. However, fact that the event is to take place on 4th was a sigh of relief for the fans. Confusions were prevailing since the time the event got postponed.
But today a final CALL OFF of the concert has been made by the concerned authorities, which has however disappointed Arijit’s fans. A message that reads- “The Mega event of Arjit Singh to be held on 04-02-2014 is cancelled due to severe throat infection and high fever. Principal, YCCE.” is being circulated through messengers and social media in regard of the same.
However, a student of YCCE on the condition of anonymity has informed that the Arijit’s artist manager did not revert to the calls of concert organizers at the eleventh hour. Due to this, they had no other option left than to call off the event, due to the absence of any signed agreement, the source informed.
