Nagpur: The annual Legal Workshop is being held at Headquarters Maintenance Command, (HQ MC) on July 18 and 19, 2016 for the officers and staff who handle legal and discipline issues related to Indian Air Force in units under HQ MC. The Workshop was inaugurated by Air Marshal Pankaj Aneja Vishisht Seva Medal, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Maintenance Command, IAF.

SC Chafekar Ati Vishisht Seva Medal, Shaurya Chakra, Senior Air and Administrative Staff Officer, Maintenance Command welcomed the participants. The keynote address on Administrative Law with focus on ‘Principles of Natural Justice’ was delivered by Justice BR Gavai of Bombay High Court, Nagpur Bench.
During the two day workshop, the participants are being enlightened by by eminent legal and judicial officers including Brigadier Vijay Kumar, Commandant, Institute of Military Law, Kamptee and Group Captain CS Prakash, Judge Advocate General (Air). The workshop has been co-ordinated by Group Captain George John Mattam, Command Judge Advocate of Headquarters Maintenance Command.
