Anjuman College of Engineering & Technology (ACET) has conducted a Two Days National Level Event “TECHSAGA 2K15” A youth Techfest on 20th and 21st of January 2015, under the banner of ISTE student chapter and in association with student forums of various department.
The event was inaugurated on 20th Jan. 2015 at the hands of Chief Guest Mr. Gulabrao Thakre, Joint Director DTE, Nagpur, in presence of guest of honors, Mr. Noor Ali, M.D Crystal Group & Member MSBTE and Mr. Niraj Dhadiwal, Director Business Development, Zim Laboratories Ltd., Dr. Sajid Anwar, Principal & Dr. Leena Gahane, Convener, 2015.
While addressing to the students in his inaugural Speech Dr. Sajid Anwar, Principal, ACET talked about the importance of conducting such mega event for student, are helpful for overall development of personality and skills. Chief Guest Mr. Gulabrao Thakre, Joint Director DTE, said that rapid changes in technology trends have created wonderful opportunities for building their career. Mr. Noor Ali, M.D Crystal Group & Member MSBTE added that innovative and creativity is must in their work for becoming leading entrepreneur. Also Mr. Niraj Dhadiwal suggested tips for being successful in life. Dr. Leena Gahane, Convener, presented the mementoes to guest present on the occasion.
Various events like Aptimizer, Game of Throne, Presento Mania were present by XSTREAM Forum of Electronics and Telecommunication Department, Paradigma, Cricket Electra were present by PHOENIX forum of Electrical Engineering Department , Freeze-De ‘C’, Wall Street were present by KRANS forum of Computer Science & Engineering Department , Creative Bridge Modeling Competition was present by ACES forum of Civil Engineering Department, Quiz Competition & Two Wheeler Service Camp.(Hero Moto. Corp. Ltd) were present by MESA forum of Mechanical Engineering Department and Poster & Debate Competition was organize by Science and Humanities Department of ACET.
Event received a huge response and over 1800 Students from different Engineering Colleges, Polytechnics, Other degree colleges & Junior Colleges have participated and won the cash prizes.
Valedictory function was conducted on 21st Jan. 2015 in which Chief Guest Mr. Vishram Jamdar, Director, VNIT, Nagpur and guest of honour Dr. Pramod Patil, National executive Member, ISTE, Principal & CEO (CICET), Dr. Sajid Anwar, Principal, ACET, Dr. Leena Gahane, Convener, Prof. Kamlesh Kelwade and Prof. Ruhina Quazi, Event Cordinators, Techsaga 2K15 were present on the dais. Winners of the event conducted were awarded Cash Prizes & Certificate for first and second position respectively at the hands of dignitaries present on the occasion.

Prof. Nafees Khan, Prof. Rashmi Bade & Prof. Altaf Badar Event coordinators, Co-cordinators, student coordinators, forum presidents, and secretaries had very hard worked hard for the success of this event.
