Nagpur News: Air Vice Marshal JV Singh has taken over as Air Officer In-charge Logistics Management (AOLM) at Maintenance Command, Indian Air Force.
The Air Officer was commissioned in Logistics Branch of Indian Air Force in Jun 1979. He is alumni of College of Defence Management, Secunderabad. During his career of 33 years, he has held various important staff and instructional appointments. Some of these are Senior Logistics Officer of fighter base, Joint Director Personnel Officers, commanding of prestigious Equipment Depot, Principal Director of IMMOLS and Assistant Chief of Air Staff Procurement.
He is a keen sportsman and an avid Golfer. He is married to Mrs Shashi Singh. His son is a fighter pilot in Indian Air Force and daughter is a copy writer.
