Nagpur: Air Headquarters Rajbhasha inspection team consisting of Smt Pushp Lata, Assistant Director (Official Language) and Miss Shruti Pathak, Senior Translator visited Headquarters Maintenance Command, IAF, Vayusena Nagar, Nagpur on 24 Dec 2014 for inspecting the implementation of Rajbhasha at Maintenance Command.
Group Captain GJ Rao, Command Education Officer and Command Public Relations Officer and his team in responsible for implementation of Rajbhasha. A Multimedia presentation was given by Smt Hemlata Mishra in the Conference Hall wherein all the unique and creative measures undertaken by Headquarters Maintenance Command with respect to implementation of Hindi were explained in detail which include horizontal bi lingual rubber stamps, usage of Jai Hind, Signature in Hindi, Bi-langual Name Boards / Sign Boards, organizing Hindi fortnightly, Hindi training, Workshops etc.

Air Marshal Jagjeet Singh VSM, AOC-in-C, HQ MC and Air Vice Marshal Rajvir Bhalwar, officiating Senior Air and Administrative Staff Officer, HQ MC had a discussion with the team on effective and creative measures adopted by Headquarters Maintenance Command with respect to Rajbhasha implementation.
The team interacted with the Officers, Airmen and Civilian employees of HQ Maintenance Command and Maintenance Command (Unit). The team was highly impressed with the tremendous efforts put in by Headquarters Maintenance Command with regards to Rajbhasha implementation.
