Mumbai:
Air India has cancelled Shiv Sena MP Ravindra Gaikwad’s Mumbai-Delhi ticket again. Air India which instituted a fly ban for the MP who slapped an elderly employee 25 times with his slippers, has blacklisted the MP.

On Friday, Air India and several other private carriers refused to fly Gaikwad from Delhi to Mumbai after which he was forced to take the train.

Reports say that today too, Gaikwad has taken a train for Delhi.

Blacklisting a passenger is a common practice among many international and some Indian private airlines for safety and security reasons, this is the first time that the national carrier has introduced such a ‘blacklist’ of rowdy passengers.

Gaikwad has however refused to to apologise for the incident.
