AIMA MAT 2015: Exam (Paper based) on September 6

Only 5 more days are left for the AIMA MAT 2015 examination. The paper based exam is scheduled to be held on September 6 and the computer based exam will be on September 12.

MAT is a national level test and is conducted to screen candidates for admission to MBA and allied programmes in any B-School – national or international. The candidates need to pay an application fee of Rs 1200 for the registration process. The payment can be made through credit or debit card, net banking, Demand Draft or in cash at any nodal centre of AIMA.

Eligibility criteria

Educational qualification:

The candidates should be graduates in any discipline. They should have obtained the degree from a recognised university or institution.

The students who are currently in their final year of graduation are also eligible to apply .

The students who have registered for the exam can now download the same. It is mandatory for the candidates to carry the admit cards along with them to the exam hall, failing which they will not be allowed to sit for the paper.

Paper pattern

The examination will be held for a duration of 150 minutes, and will carry a total of 200 questions. The paper-based test will be conducted across 22 centres across the country, with two set up in Dubai and Singapore, as well. The computer-based test will be held across 12 centres in the country.

MAT is divided into five sections, carrying 40 questions each. The sections are listed below:

Data Analysis and Sufficiency

Intelligence and Critical Reasoning

Indian and Global Environment
