Nagpur: Achieving success in cracking a very complicated case, a team of Jaripatka Police nabbed the accused Kutubuddin alias Suhani Ansari aged 26 years involved in the kidnapping and murdering two siblings who were his own sister’s children.
The Jaripatka Police had the mobile number of the accused. The sleuths of Jaripatka Police had taken out his call summary. The cops, using the modern gadgetry and mobile phone towers, located the exact location of the accused. After getting the call summary, they shortlisted the top 10 most called numbers. They then called them and then found out that he is in Bihar. The In-Charge Police Inspector of Jaripatka Police Station Sangode said that the location of the accused was moving between Patna, Begusarai, Muzafarpur, Vaishali and Sitamarhi.
The victims’ parents are said to be Ansaris. These people are involved in Tyre Business (including repairing Tyres, Punctures, Retreading and Vulcanization). These people hail from various parts of Bihar especially Muzafarpur.
The In-Charge Police Inspector of Jaripatka Police Station Sangode decided to use the most fast and utilitarian medium of communication. He started two Whatsapp Groups.
1. Bihar Maharashtra Police Group.
2. Bihar Maharashtra Police Mitra Group.
He used to post pictures or photographs of the accused in both the groups. He also requested the friends and relatives of the Ansaris who are involved in the similar trade in different places of Bihar to give him (PI Sangode) their numbers so that they can add the numbers to both the groups. This yielded results.
Two days ago, Police Inspector Sangode received news that the accused Kutubuddin alias Suhani Ansari was spotted in Begusarai area. PI Sangode immediately spoke to Superintendent of Police Manoj Kumar of Begusarai. In a joint operation that was conducted last night (i.e. December 7, 2015), the cops nabbed him in one such tyre business centre in Begusarai. He was nabbed and taken off to the police station in his Lungi and Baniyan. The shirt which he had left behind had Rs 4600/- in cash, two ATM cards and other documents.
A team of six policemen who had gone to Bihar included Police Sub Inspector Sunil Wakde and five Constables including Lalit Pande, Bais, Jha and two more cops.
The arrest was the outcome of a Technical and traditional method in spreading the dragnet in Bihar by the cops after a tip off that the accused had arrived to his relatives’ house in Begusarai after committing the barbaric crime. The Jaripatka police are seeking transit remand of Kutubuddin for bringing him to Nagpur.
After arrest, during the preliminary questioning, the accused revealed that the brutal killing of the two accused was the result of monetary dispute between the accused and the parents of the deceased siblings.
The locals in Begusarai who helped in identifying the accused and nabbing him included Mohammed Feroz Ansari and Mohammad Murtuza Ansari. The accused Kutubuddin alias Suhani Ansari had abducted the siblings after telling the parents that he is taking the children to Bada Taj Bagh for prayers. However, with an evil intention, he had taken them to Chapara in Madhya Pradesh where he murdered the siblings and dumped their bodies in a river.
