Nagpur: A Divyang participant in the Kranti Muk Morcha taken out by Sakal Maratha Samaj in Nagpur on Tuesday was star attraction of the event. Jai Singh Chauhan, a physically disabled person, reached Nagpur to take part in the silent march and led the Muk Morcha from the front. He covered a distance of about half kilometer on his specially made tool.

Talking to media, Chauhan said the state-wide silent march by Marathas is demanding capital punishment to the accused in the Kopardi gang rape and murder case and improvement in the condition of farmers. “Even though I am General Secretary of State BJP but today I have participated in the morcha not as a representative of a political party but asa member of Maratha community,” he declared.
