Nagpur: A 75-year old man was injured seriously when a neighbour attacked him over car parking fracas at an apartment in Dhantoli area on Wednesday morning. A woman member of the aged man was also injured.
The victim has been identified as Ghanshyam Khandelwal (75), resident of Tranquil Apartment, Dhantoli.
According to the complainant, Nakul Prakash Khandelwal, the grandson of Ghanshyam, the accused neighbour Manish Shukla (40), who runs a laundry, picked up quarrel with the 75-year old Ghanshyam over parking of car on the road. The accused misbehaved and hit Ghanshyam with force. As Ghanshyam fell on the road, he received serious injury on back of his head and started bleeding profusely. Seeing Ghanshyam in trouble, some women members of his family rushed to help him. The women were also attacked resulting in one of them suffering injury on her leg.
Based on the complaint of Nakul Khandelwal,Dhantoli PSI Shende has registered a case and started investigations.
