South Goa: Former President of Congress Sonia Gandhi is enjoying her vacation in scenic South Goa. Relieved of the charge and her son Rahul in saddle, Sonia cherished hot dosas and also ventured out on a cycle.
As the people spotted the mercurial leader, they mobbed her for selfies. It is learnt that Sonia Gandhi is staying at Hotel Leela in South Goa and would return to Delhi in the first week of January.
According to media reports, holidaying was not possible for Sonia as Congress President. Hence after handing over the charge to Rahul Gandhi, now a relaxed Sonia is enjoying the much-deserved vacations to the hilt. Hot dosa was in her breakfast menu.

Sonia has also been interacting with guests at the resort and was even seen cycling there. Photos on social media showed a smiling Sonia allowing people to take selfies with her.
Reports say that her daughter Priyanka Vadra is also accompanying Sonia in her Goa trip. Sonia had reportedly visited the same hotel in Goa last year when pollution levels in Delhi had gone worse and she was recommended by her doctors to step out of the national capital.
