Nagpur: In a shocking incident it has been revealed that a case has been registered against 51-year-old Alvin Golmes, owner of the popular restaurant Port O’ Gomez, who had been living with a woman half his age and had been sexually exploiting her for over two years assuring to marry her. The woman has lodged a complaint in MIDC police station.
Golmes had been living with this woman, who happens to be as old as his daughter, in a duplex in MIDC area.
As the man was not fulfilling his promise to marry her, the woman, after two years has registered a complaint against him. In her complaint, she has also revealed that he had been verbally abusing her for a long time.

“The man was in a live-in relationship with a 25 year old girl who has lodged a complaint that he had been establishing physical relations with her by assuring to marry. However, as informed by the woman he did not marry her and rather had been verbally and mentally abusing her for a long time”, informed Manik, T.I.
The police has registered a case under section 376, 417 of IPC. As the woman belonged to Scheduled Caste, a case under section 12 of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of atrocities) Act.
