Nagpur: After watching his eight year old son’s body, which he once used to carry in his arms, in a mutilated condition, all a father can look forward to, is justice. Dr. Mukesh Chandak is in no different situation.

The final hearing in brutal murder of Yug Chandak, which had horrified the whole state, is to be held on Thursday in the Juvenile Court. Victim’s father, Dr. Mukesh Chandak is optimistic that the death penalty, as imposed on two convicts, will also be given to the third accused, who was a minor, while committing the heinous crime.

The hearing will be carried out in Juvenile court under the bench of Js. Surekha Borkar. The court had handed out two death penalties to the perpetrators. The death penalty was kept unvarying when the case was introduced in the High Court. The third accused, Daware’s younger brother, was sent to Juvenile Remand Board for his complicity in the case.
