Indiya Oye, a well-known Indian specialty restaurant celebrated for its handcrafted masalas, flavourful curries, kebabs, breads, meats, biryanis and traditional Indian sweets, has unveiled its much-anticipated new menu. The refreshed offerings, available from April 1, 2026, aim to bring together iconic Indian flavours with a contemporary touch.
The newly curated menu introduces a wide range of additions, including Chaat Jalebi Chaat, Laziz Paneer Tikka, an assortment of vegetable curries and koftas, gosht curries, signature kebabs, and an indulgent selection of desserts.
Developed under the guidance of Executive Sous Chef Nishant Junghare, the menu reflects a balance between innovation and authenticity, while staying rooted in traditional Indian culinary practices.
Key highlights include Indiya Oye Special Ghee Roast Mutton, Oye Nalli Rogan Josh, Murgh Sukka prepared with a blend of local spices, Jangli Murgh, Pind Choosa Makhani, and Zaatar Spice Murgh Tikka. Reviving nostalgic flavours, the menu also features Chicken 65 inspired by classic recipes from the 1970s.
Seafood selections such as Bay of Bengal Dum Ki Betki and Delhi Tawa Machli add to the diversity, while vegetarian offerings include Phaldari Kofta, Sagwala Aloo, and Mausam Ki Tawa Sabzi.
The beverage section has been enhanced with options like Muddle Minty Melody, Sparkling Kiwi Mimosa, and Zero Proof Pineapple Dream. Dessert offerings include Khubani Khajoor, Mewe Ki Katli, and a special Rajasthani Mewe Ka Halwa.
According to the culinary team, the focus of the new menu is on seasonal ingredients and sourcing from local suppliers to ensure freshness and sustainability, while delivering vibrant and memorable flavours.
The updated dining experience also features an expanded range of vegetarian dishes, artisanal meat preparations, kebabs, cocktails, and handcrafted desserts. Guests can choose between a cozy indoor setting with live ghazal performances or a relaxed poolside dining experience.
