Nagpur’s nightlife scene is stepping into a whole new era. Hidden Elements — the brand that has transformed the city’s party culture and caught national attention — is preparing for its most ambitious experience yet: Extended Festival. Ahead of the launch, Nagpur Today sat down with founders Himanshoo Govindani and Karan Jaiswal to understand the vision, the idea behind the format, and what Nagpur can expect from this landmark night.
Below is the full conversation.

Nagpur Today: Hidden Elements is now one of the most talked-about nightlife brands in India. Every show gets bigger. What keeps that momentum alive?

Himanshoo Govindani:
The people. Everything we do comes from the support we get — not just from Nagpur, but Wardha, Amravati, Chandrapur, Akola, Bhandara and even Raipur. Nagpur is no longer “catching up”; it’s leading. Artists love the warmth and energy of the crowd here. That reputation has travelled across India and it tells us the city is ready for bigger things. We want to be the ones bringing those moments.

Karan Jaiswal:
There’s responsibility too. When artists and agencies tell us they now consider Nagpur because of Hidden Elements, it pushes us to dream bigger. Our goal has always been to place this city on India’s party map — not by copying, but by doing things in our own style. Every show must feel like a moment.

Nagpur Today: November 23 is being called a milestone already. What’s happening that day?

Karan:
It’s a special night — my pre-birthday celebration — but more importantly, we’re launching our new IP: EXTENDED FESTIVAL. We’ve spent more than a year shaping this concept.

Himanshoo:
Extended Festival is the next chapter of Hidden Elements. Everything we’ve learned — production, curation, energy, flow — comes together in one night. This isn’t just another event; it’s the start of a new format.

Nagpur Today: How is Extended Festival different from the usual event format?

Himanshoo:
Most events pack 8–12 artists into short sets. It looks big on a poster but feels shallow. Artists can’t express themselves and audiences don’t get a proper journey. We wanted to break that pattern completely.

Karan:
Extended Festival is built on freedom — let artists breathe, let music evolve, let the night feel like a story. To make that happen, we designed two full-scale stages, each with its own sensory world.

Nagpur Today: Tell us about the two stages.

Himanshoo:
Stage 1: When The Sun Sets (Outdoor, 5 PM onwards)
A space crafted for the magic of sunset — warm global grooves, slow builds, and visuals that transform daylight into dusk.

Karan:
Stage 2: Hidden Elements (Indoor, 9 PM onwards)
Our signature experience — intense energy, deep emotional soundscapes, layered lights, immersive structures. This is what people associate with Hidden Elements.

Together, these stages form one long journey. From warmth to wildness. From sunset to deep night. A festival inside a club.

Nagpur Today: The lineup looks enormous. What can the audience expect?

Himanshoo:
This is one of the biggest lineups Nagpur has ever seen.
Two international headliners:

Emanuel Satie (Germany) — Award-winning house producer with releases on Cocoon, Innervisions, Diynamic and Defected. He’s played global hotspots including Hï Ibiza and Warung.

Animal Picnic (Spain) — A world-renowned melodic techno duo with global releases on Siamese, Atlant, Stil Vor Talent and Get Physical.

Indian heavyweights include:
Ankytrixx, a festival icon and Nagpur favourite.
Avantika, who has played Berlin, Amsterdam, Miami and Burning Man.
Bohra, one of India’s rising techno acts.
Stich, our homegrown star and core part of our identity.

Karan:
And hosting — Nikhil Chinapa, the man who shaped India’s festival culture. Usually, lineups like this make people travel to Goa, Mumbai or Bengaluru. This time, it’s happening in Nagpur itself.

Nagpur Today: What do you want people to take away from this night?

Himanshoo:
That Nagpur can deliver world-class experiences — and do it with authenticity. We want people to feel something that stays with them.

Karan:
This marks a new era. For us. For Nagpur. And for what nightlife in smaller cities can become when the intent is genuine and the execution is honest. We just want people to walk out and say:
“This is Nagpur.”
