A Kind Appeal to Citizens to Ensure the Safety of Our Service Personnel

Nagpur,:, In the past few months, several cases of dog bites have been reported. Due to this, our employees often feel unsafe entering properties where dogs are kept as pets. We sincerely request that all citizens kindly ensure that their pets are kept under proper control while performing their tasks.

However, it has been observed in many instances that dogs are not securely tied and obstruct our staff from taking photographs of the water meter. In a few cases, consumers have even denied owning a pet. To maintain proper records, a meter reader had to click a photograph of a dog when entry into the premises was not possible due to safety concerns. We understand the inconvenience caused here.
