Nagpur: The Hon’ble Bombay High Court, Nagpur Bench, has granted bail to multiple individuals accused in connection with the Nagpur riots case. The bail orders were passed following detailed hearings on the respective bail applications filed before the Court.
The accused were represented by a legal team comprising Advocates Asif Qureshi, Shirrang Bhandarkar, Rafique Akbani, Adil Mohammad, Naveed Opai, and Adil Sheikh. The advocates presented comprehensive arguments covering all relevant legal and factual aspects, which were duly considered and appreciated by the Hon’ble Court.
