
Nagpur: In a remarkable display of academic excellence, girls have once again outperformed boys in the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) examination for the Nagpur division. The results, which were declared on Tuesday, show a notable achievement by female students across various streams.

Nagpur District Breakdown:
In Nagpur district, 63,644 students registered, including 32,320 boys and 31,324 girls. A total of 63,265 students appeared for the examination, with 32,084 boys and 31,181 girls. Of those who took the exam, 28,026 boys and 28,872 girls passed, yielding pass percentages of 87.35% for boys and 92.59% for girls. The overall district result was 89.93%.
Nagpur City Performance:
In Nagpur city, 35,572 students registered, and 35,373 appeared for the examination. Out of these, 30,921 students passed, including 14,619 boys and 16,302 girls. The pass percentage for girls in the city was 90.71%, while that of boys was 84%. The overall result for Nagpur city was 87.41%.
The consistent outperformance by girls in the Nagpur HSC result highlights their dedication and hard work, setting a benchmark for future students in the region.
