Nagpur: The Headquarters Bar and Restaurant in Jaripatka was raided and four people were booked for serving tobacco hookahs to customers.
The accused have been identified as bar owner Shubham Ashok Kewalramani (26), a resident of Plot No. 211, near Dayanand College, Jaripatka; Tarun Deepak Ka ra m c h a n d a n i (30), a resident of Plot No. 216, Chawla Chowk, Jaripatka; Krishna Dhanraj Patil (23), a resident of Plot No. 51, Samta Nagar and Jitendra Murlidhar Madame (30), a resident of Siddharth Nagar, Mahadula.

Acting on a tip-off, Jaripatka police raided the bar on Sunday at 1 pm and found the customers were smoking hookah. The police immediatelynabbed the culprits and tookthem to the police station. Anoffence under provisions of COTPA act was registered against theaccused.
Under the guidance of DCP Zone V Manish Kalwania, ACP Santosh Khandekar, thearrest was made by Sr PI VaibhavJadhav, WPSI Rupali Fating and staff including Deepak Bindane, Gajanan, Ramchandra, Amol, Naresh, Asif, Vijay, Rahul andothers.
