Actors Shilpa Shetty and Sherlyn Chopra were among 43 witnesses whose statements were recorded in the 1,500-page supplementary charge-sheet which was submitted yesterday in the court, in connection with the pornography case against businessman and Shetty’s husband Raj Kundra, the Mumbai Police said today.
The Mumbai Crime Branch submitted a 1500-page supplementary charge-sheet in connection with the pornography case before the Esplanade Court. The charge-sheet has been filed against businessman Raj Kundra.

Kundra was the “main facilitator” in a pornographic content case and he along with other accused exploited young women struggling in the movie industry by filming them in obscene ways, the Mumbai Police claimed in a supplementary charge-sheet filed in a court on Wednesday.
