Nagpur: Talented chess players of the city FM Divya Deshmukh, Mrudul Dehankar and Raunak Sadhwani displayed outstanding performance in Asian Youth Chess Championship concluded at Suwon in South Korea.

FM Divya Deshmukh bagged the gold medals in both classical and rapid form of chess in Under-10 age group. In this same tournament Mrudul Dehankar clinched the bronze in Under-12 age group in blitz form of the game. Similarly Raunak Sadhwani won a bronze in the classical form in Under-10 age group.

Nagpur District Chess Associaitonm and Vidarbha Chess Association officials and city chess lovers have congratulated the trio for their glorious achievements.
