Nagpur: A minor had attempted to murder a youth with stone in Control Wadi area last night. According to police press release, around 3:30 pm on May 24, 2015 at a spot which is hit opposite to Gulshan Petrol Pump, Control Wadi, near a tea kiosk, some dispute led a minor youth aged around 16 years to attack the victim, a youth aged around 20-years-old with a stone. He hit the victim with stones and made him fall down in a pool of blood.
The name of the victim is not known and he is undergoing treatment at Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital. On the basis of a complaint lodged by Suraj Moreshwar Wankhede aged 30 years and a resident of Trisharan Square Wadi, Assistant Police Inspector Gaikwad of Wadi Police has registered a case under section 307 of Indian Penal Code and is investigating further.
