    7-yr old boy goes missing while playing in Imamwada

    Nagpur: A 7-year old boy and a teenage girl went missing from different areas in city.

    A resident of Imamwada, near Maitree Buddha Vihar, Vishwabhuvan Pramod Narayane (30), registered a case with Imamwada police saying his 7-year old son Yash has gone missing. Yash left home around 8.30 am on Thursday, May 3, for playing with his friends. However, he did return home since then. Vishwabhuvan and other relatives searched Yash frantically at all possible places but could not find him.

    Imamwada PSI Darade, based on Vishwabhuvan’s complaint, has registered a case under Section 363 of the IPC and launched a search to trace the 7-year old Yash.

    Similarly, a 17-year old girl, resident of Nandanvan area, has gone missing after leaving home around 12.30 pm on Sunday. The teenage girl left home without informing her parents and other members of family. The relatives failed to find her even after a search.

    Nandanvan Woman PSI Sonone, as per Supreme Court directives that if any minor boy or girl goes missing then the case be treated as that of kidnapping, registered an offence under Section 363 of the IPC and searching for her.
