11,47,640 voters including 603718 male and 543908 female voters turn up
Nagpur: Voting in Nagpur Lok Sabha crossed 50 percent mark as total 53.13 percent polling was recorded till 5 pm.
Total 11,47,640 voters including 6,03,718 male and 5,43,908 female voters exercised their franchise till 5 pm. 14 third gender voters also turned up at the polling centres till the time.
Nagpur Lok Sabha seat comprises total 21,60,217 voters including 10,96,329 male voters, 10,63,811 female voters and 77 third gender voters.
According to election officials, 1,96,378 voters (52.53%) in South West Nagpur segment exercised their franchise. Similarly, South Nagpur saw 1,97,548 voters (52.58%) cast votes. 1,98,784 voters (54.58%) in East Nagpur, 1,68,332 voters (53.10%) in Central Nagpur, 1,87,069 (52.81%) in West Nagpur and 1,99,529 voters (53.18%) in North Nagpur exercised their franchise till 5 pm.
