Nagpur: A 50-year old pervert auto driver was arrested by Sitabuldi police on the charges of molesting a 12-year old girl near her school Dharampeth area in the early morning of Wednesday.
The lewd accused has been identified as Bhimrao Gajbhiye (50), resident of Ambazari. The accused Bhimrao Gajbhiye, around 6.30 am on Wednesday, took the minor girl, who was probably going to her school, in a secluded lane in Dharampeth and indulged in vulgar actions. The girl narrated the obscene acts of the accused to her parents who later lodged a complaint with Sitabuldi police.
PSI Nagre booked the accused auto driver Bhimrao Gajbhiye under Section 354(A)(1) of IPC read with Sections 8, 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and placed him under arrest.
