4 goon try to murder teenage boy in Jaripatka over old enmity, 3 arrested

Nagpur: Four goons attempted to murder a teenage boy by attacking him with a knife over old enmity in Jaripatka area on Wednesday. Three of the accused assaulters have been arrested and hunt is on to nab the fourth one.

The complainant Nitin Gauri Nakke (30), resident of Kalpana Nagar, told police that he and his friend Abhishek Rajendra Singh (17) were going on their motorcycle towards Rural Police Headquarters Road in Jaripatka around 4 pm on Wednesday. Midway near a tea stall, the four goons Kunal Sahare (22) of Angulimal Nagar, Amol Sahare (22) residing near Lalit Kala Bhavan, Ayush alias Mallya Vinod Meshram (18) of Bezonbagh and Shubham Pradeep Tarkase (25) of Angulimal Nagar stopped their motorcycle and pushed Nitin aside. Later, the four accused thrashed Abhishek severely and one of accused Kunal Sahare whipped out a knife and attacked him. Kunal inflicted stab wounds on Abhishek’s head, ear and hands with the intention of killing him on the spot. Old enmity was the reason behind murderous attack on Abhishek. The seriously injured Abhishek was rushed to Mayo Hospital and is being treated for stab injuries.

Jaripatka WPSI Shirke booked the four accused attackers under Sections 307, 34 of the IPC and succeeded in arresting Kunal Sahare, Ayush alias Mallya Vinod Meshram and Shubham Pradeep Tarkase. Search is on to nab the fourth accused Amol Sahare.
