3 minor girls abducted by two young boys in separate incidents

Nagpur: In alarming incidents, three minor girls have reportedly been kidnapped allegedly by two young boys in two separate cases. Cops have mounted a massive search to trace the girls and the abductors as well.

The first incident was reported from Sakkardara area. The unidentified complainant told police that his 16-year old daughter and 18-year old niece left home around 3.30 pm on Sunday without informing other family members. The girls did not return even after lapse of considerable time. The relatives and others scanned all possible places to locate the missing girls but to no avail. The complainant further told police that he suspected an 18-year old boy named Golu lured his daughter and niece and took them away with him.

Sakkardara Lady PSI C S Yelkewar, in accordance with the directives of Maharashtra Government and Supreme Court that any minor girl or boy goes missing then the case should be treated as that of kidnapping, registered an offence under Sections 363, 366(A) of the IPC and launched a hunt to trace the girls.

Another minor girl was reportedly kidnapped from Lakadganj area. In a complaint to police, the 17-year old girl was enticed and abducted allegedly by the accused Rohan Rajesh Bakshi (20), resident of Bezonbagh, Jaripatka.

Lakadganj PSI N R Analdas has booked the accused under Section 363 of IPC and launched a search to find the girl as well as the alleged abductor.
