3 goons nabbed within hours of robbing two lovers at Seminary Hills Garden

Nagpur: Three way-layers were arrested by Gittikhadan police within hours of robbing two lovers who had gone to Seminary Hills Garden on Sunday. The fourth robber, however, is still at large and is being searched.

The complainant, Manoj Ashok Bangre (30), resident of Plot No. 279, New Kharbi, along with his girlfriend, had gone to Balodyan, Seminary Hills, around 4.30 pm on Sunday. While Manoj and his girlfriend were enjoying a stroll in the garden, the four accused Vicky Gokul Dubey (30) of Sheela Nagar, Vikas Vinod Gajbhiye ((25) of Bhankheda, Nikhilesh Satish Ujjenwar (19) and Sonu (20), both residents of Kadbi Chowk, Gautam Nagar, accosted them. The accused thrashed Manoj and snatched cash of Rs 1500, mobile phone, PAN card, ATM card and driving licence from him and fled the spot. Manoj immediately went to Gittikhadan Police Station and filed a complaint in this connection.

Acting swiftly, cops launched a search and rounded up three accused Vicky Dubey, Vikas Gajbhiye and Nikhilesh Ujjenwar. The fourth accused Sonu is still at large and is being searched.

PSI Deshmukh has booked the accused under Sections 394, 34 of the IPC and probing the case further.
