Nagpur: Kalamna police have booked three ruffians on the charges of forging possession documents of a plot belonging to a man and demanded extortion money of Rs 3 lakh in lieu of discarding the claim on the said land.

The three accused fraudsters have been identified as Sanjay Haribhau Karunde, Devchand Karemore, both residents of Bharatwada, Nagpur and Murlidhar Jivdas Nimje of Sujata Nagar. The three accused, in connivance with each other, first forged possession documents regarding the plot belonging to Jujar Ahmed Jamil Ahmed (35) of Dahibazaar, Dalal Chowk and then demanded Rs 3 lakh as extortion money for leaving the claim on the said plot. The Second PI Ramchandra Mohite has booked the three accused under Sections 384, 420, 471, 506, 34 of IPC and launched a probe into the matter.
