Since COMP-EX has made its mark in the IT knowledge arena in Central India, Government of Maharashtra has joined hands as the powering partner with COMP-EX this year. It is the Maharashtra Government’s belief and mission to take across various people oriented schemes and initiatives to the people at a large scale. The massive footfall that COMP-EX succeeds to attract each year, there could not have been a better platform for the Maharashtra Government to communicate and interact with the people.

He also voiced that the speed of information and services available to people, literally shrinking the world into one’s palm via a mobile phone has impacted the convenience aspect in a big way and the user world is fast moving towards their communication and archive requirements on a mobile phone. He added that more and more people should take advantage of COMP-EX 2017 and ride this exciting transition in an automatic manner.

Nagpur Next
Besides stalls and displays of various products and services, COMP-EX Organising Committee has also chalked out plans and programmes for various sections of the society, especially the students. Born from a desire to bring Nagpur’s best IT students together to showcase their talent to the real world, ‘Nagpur Next’ – IT Based Project Competition’, Secretary of VCMDWA Dinesh Naidu informed that the said Project Competition is not just about promoting educational excellence; it also serves to promote dialogue and co-operation, through the interaction of students with the leaders of the IT industry. Each college can submit two entries in this competition and the winner will be judged on pre-defined parameters by a panel comprising of distinguished luminaries from industry and education sector.

IT Picnic for NMC school students
Knowing its good Samaritan role and responsibility towards even the weaker section of the student fraternity, COMP-EX 2017 will invite children largely from NMC schools with lesser means and resources for IT Picnic during COMP-EX -2017.
