250 women tie Rakhi to Rajendra Mulak

In a programme, organized by Futala Mahila Mandal, 250 women tied Rakhis to Minister of State for Finance and Energy Rajendra Mulak the other day.

The special programme was organized at Bhimsen Mandir premises, Old Futala in West Nagpur to mark Rakshabandhan festivity. Rajendra Mulak attended the programme as chief guest. Others who were present on the dais include Dilip Madavi, Swati Rotele, Ismailbi Sheikh, Bobby Kowe, Saraikar Tai and others.

Speaking on the occasion, Mulak that Indian culture works like a school creating a well-cultured society. Indian culture is looked upon as an ideal across the world. However, the new generation of today is getting attracted towards western culture forgetting the rich Indian culture and this trend has to be reversed and Indian culture has to be imbibed on today’s young generation, appealed Rajendra Mulak.

The programme was held in great religious and harmonious atmosphere. Those who worked hard for success of the event include Futala Mahila Mandal’s Shobha Gavre, Jaya Kewalramani, Gayatri Dandare, Madavi Tai, Kalabai and other women members.
