Nagpur: A 21 year old died on his way to college after a speeding water truck knocked him down near IC square, MIDC at 12:45pm on Tuesday.
Deceased was identified as Shashank Jaydate resident of Manish nagar, Nagpur.
On his way to college, Shashank’s motorcycle (Bajaj Discover MH/31/EN/5795) was hit by unidentified speeding water truck. After impact Shashank who was grievously injured, rushed to Lata Mangeshkar Hospital. Where he succumbed to his injuries.
MIDC police has registered a case under section 279,304 (A) and sub section 134, 177 against accused truck driver followed by a complaint registered by Vilash Barhad (52), resident of Plot. No. 77, Manish Nagar.
