According to details, the complainant Vijay Ramaji Pethe (48), resident of Dahegaon, Khaparkheda, works at a School for Mentally Challenged Children. On Tuesday (Oct 5), the school undertook a trip to Nagpur and the mentally challenged children were put up at Sudarshan Sabhagruha (Hall) situated near RPTS.
