Nagpur: In an atrocious incident, a 24-year old lewd boy forced a 10-year old girl to consume liquor and later raped her. Moreover, not content with his demonic act, the accused boy thrashed the kid girl severely in a threatening action for not disclosing his name and the obnoxious action. Shockingly, the accused rapist happened to be close relative of the victimized girl.
According to police sources, the unidentified accused boy came to the girl’s house in Yashodhara Nagar area when she was alone around 2.30 pm on Sunday. With devilish designs in his mind, the accused forced the innocent girl consume liquor and also enjoyed the stuff himself. Later, under the influence, the accused indulged in obscene acts and raped the girl ashamedly. The boy, after fulfilling his lust, bashed up the victimized girl without mercy in order to desist her from disclosing his name and the heinous act. However, the girl narrated the outrageous incident to her parents who immediately registered a case with police against the accused.
Based on a medical report and the complaint, API Selote has booked the accused under Sections 328, 376(A)(I)(F) of IPC read with Sections 5(I)(N) of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
