Nagpur: Crossing the limit of insanity and inhumanity, yet another societal animal has preyed on a minor girl. The accused Ramesh Madhukar Netam (30) who is a neighbor of the 10-year-old. girl had allegedly raped her in Sadar.
Police sources informed that, accused had lured the girl to his room at around 9 pm on 31st December last year when she was playing outside her house. Though, Netam might have threatened her with dire consequences if she discloses anything, thus the late report.
Sadar police have registered a case under section 376(A) (B) of IPC and sub-section 4, 10 POCSO Act 2012 and started the probe.
