Congress will have to make it a winning habit again: Mulak

“Congress party will now onwards have to make it a winning habit. After all what matters is winning. The coming elections to local self governing bodies such as Zilla Parishad, Panchayat Samiti, Nagar Parishad etc would be crucial for Congress party. Therefore the workers should forget differences and gear up for the polls,” the newly appointed District Congress Committee President Rajendra Mulak exhorted.

Mulak was addressing workers “melawa” (meeting) and felicitation function in Umred Assembly constituency. Secretary Pramila Kunte presided over the function. Others present on the occasion include former ZP President Baburao Zade, Rural Scheduled Caste Cell President Harshawardhan Nikose, Minorities Cell President Sadik Sheikh, Sevadal President Vasant Gadge, Women’s Cell President Shanta Kumre, Umred Nagar Parishad President Kunda Paunikar, Vice President Gangadhar Revatkar, Dr Jyotsana Kumre, Kuhi Nagar Panchayat Samiti Chairman Suresh Yelne, and other hundreds of workers.

On the occasion, former BJP Councillor of Umred Nagar Parishad Prakash Gajbhiye, BSP’s Harish Bhagat, MNS’ Rambhau Wagh, Gajanan Titarmare, Vasudeo Shelki and dozens of others joined Congress in the presence of Mulak.
