Nagpur: Balasaheb Tirpude College of Hotel Management and Catering Technology run by the Yugantar Education Society is organising the food festival ‘Tandoori Nights 2017’, where the students will dish out more than eighty variant preparations along with various accompaniments for the food enthusiast of Orange City in this food festival.
This year specialties include delicacies like the -Southeast Asian Cuisine, Ayam Balls, Cilantro Balls, Chilly Satay, Paneer Satay, Chicken Dim Sum, Nasi Goreng, Singaporian Noodles – Bakery Black Forest, Tropical Pineapple, Crunchy Crystals, Devils Delicacy, Strawberry Blaze, Rum Shooter, Walnut Brownies, Chocolate Walnut Brownies with Chocolate Sauce, Pound Cake, Rum Raisins Cake, Dates Cake, Handmade Flavour Chocolate.
There are four sections in the menu which are as international delicacies, special Indian kitchen, Chinese section and dessert section. Some as finest preparations of Jalebi will be cooked and served live in front of the guest.
The Prime attraction of the event is the live Tandoori section, Which is most desired by the visitors. This time the level is taken to the higher side, that will definitely increase the curiosity of the people and at the same time it will increase showmanship of the students.
The core team of the students behind all the work is putting their managerial skill to an acid test through this event. The core management activity of planning to executions is done under the guidance of the faculty of the institute as well as the juniors in the college are assigned different work.
