    Burglars decamp with booty worth Rs 1.80 lakh in Kalamna

    Nagpur: Some unidentified miscreants broke into a house under Kalamna police and decamped with booty worth Rs 1.80 lakh, between January 8, 2021, and January 11. Police have registered a case on the basis of complaint filed by Chandrashekhar Bhagwan Wagulkar (46), a resident of plot no 54, new Bhagat Nagar, Rajat Colony.

    According to the police source, Wagulkar along with his family had gone to Itwari to attend a wedding ceremony, between January 8, 2021, and January 11,

    In the meantime, some unidentified miscreants broke into their house and decamped with gold ornaments and cash collectively worth Rs 1.80 lakh. The burglary came to the fore when the Wagularkar family returned home on January 11.

    Following which Wagulkar approached Kalama police and lodged a complaint.

    Based on the complaint Kalamna cops have registered a case under section 454,457,380 of the IPC. Further probe is underway.
