Nagpur: Nagpur Mofussil Division of Department of Posts will be holding 101st Divisional level Dak Adalat at Nagpur on 26 December 2017 (Tuesday) at 11.00 am at the office of Senior Superintendent of Post Office. Nagpur Mofussil Division, 3rd floor, Nagpur City Head Office Building, Itwari, Nagpur.
Complaint regarding Postal Services cases (Postal Department), which are not settled within six weeks, will be entertained in the Dak Adalat. Complaints relating Mail, Speed Post, Counter Services, Saving Bank, Money Orders non-payment emanating from Post Offices within the jurisdiction of Nagpur Mofussil Division i.e. Nagpur District (Except Nagpur City), Bhandara and Gondia District will be entertained. There should be only one complaint from one person along with the date, name and designation of officer to whom original complaint was addressed.
Interested parties may send their complaints regarding Postal Service in duplicate to Sh. D.A.Salve , Senior Superintendent of Post Office, Nagpur Mofussil Division, 3rd floor, Nagpur City Head Office Building, Itwari,Nagpur-440002(Tele. No.2721577) on or before 22 December 2017 with super scribed as “101st Divisional level Dak Adalat”. The complaints received thereafter will not be entertained. The complainant may remain present at his own cost, in the said Dak Adalat, if he or she so wishes, informed Senior Superintendent of Post Office of Nagpur Mofussil Division.
