There has been no clue on the whereabouts of 8 year old son of renowned dentist Dr Mukesh Chandak – Yug, who was kidnapped from outside his house in broad day light on Monday. Sources informed that when Dr Chandak was at police station to file his son’s missing report, he got a call from an unidentified number on his cell. The voice on the other end asked Dr. Chandak to cough up Rs 10 crore or be ready to face the consequences. The caller also threatened Dr. Chandak against moving to police station. Police has been trying to trace the caller’s location. The abductor is suspected to be around city limits only.

Abductor’s t-shirt resembles hospital’s dress code!

Yug was lifted by an unidentified Activa rider from near their residence at Guru Vanadana Apartment near Chhapru Nagar square here on Monday afternoon. Sources said Yug was last seen rushing towards this black colored Activa scooter and rode away pillion with a man who could not be identified. Eye-witnesses said the man was wearing a red t-shirt, the color which resembled the dress code of Dr Chandak’s clinic. Keeping this fact into account, police have been quizzing all the employees and official staff at Chandak Dental Clinic on CA road at Azamshah chowk.

Meanwhile, City Police Commissioner KK Pathak has alerted all the police stations and ordered nakabandi.Yug is studying in Centre Point School along with his elder brother Dhruv. On Monday, as Yug dropped from his school bus, he reportedly kept his school bag with the watchman and ran towards the Activa driver who sped away, taking Yug with him. When Yug did not return even after many hours, the worried parents called up their relatives and Yug’s friends to know about his whereabouts.

Parents in deep shock

Dr. Mukesh Chandak has issued Yug’s pictures on Whatsapp and other social media platforms, appealing to inform him at 937020178,  8888857700 if anyone has any clue about his son. Both the parents are in deep shock about the well-being of their innocent child.

Meanwhile police has been trying hard to establish the identity of the Activa driver.
